Our new project at Downata Springs has started by taking down all the old pine trees in front and digging a big hole. Downata is building hot pools, dressing rooms for the hot pools, large dining room and new reception area entrance. We are hoping the project will be finished the first part of 2014.

We are in the process of remodeling the old Hadley House across the street from the pool. The house will be ready the end of May and will be a much needed lodging unit for family reunions, parties, weddings and more. The house was moved from Swan Lake to Downata by the Hadley family. The house was a railroad house in Swan Lake and is old.
